Why do I receive a message that my payment verification is unsuccessful?
You may receive such a message, if the account input is keyed in wrongly, or if you do not have enough funds.

Where can I use my Membership?
You may use your membership and its benefits at any of our Precious Thoughts Outlets in Singapore and Hong Kong!
How long will my membership last for?
Each membership lasts for exactly 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
What will I get upon sign up?
You will receive a Free Membership Symbol Figurine, two 15% Vouchers, and an immediate 10% discount on your purchase and all future transactions!
How much is it to become a member?
You would be required to pay $60.00 to both become a member and for membership renewal
Where can I sign up or renew my membership?
You may visit any of our Precious Thoughts outlets to sign up or renew.
Alternatively, you may sign up or renew your membership online!

Payment
I do not have any of the following payment methods above. Do you provide COD?
You may contact us at feedback@preciousthoughts.co should you be interested in paying via COD for your items for local deliveries.

Orders
How do I track my order?
Unfortunately, we do not provide order tracking for local orders. Please expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days
I have just completed my order. How long will it take before I receive my order confirmation?
You should receive your order information via email as soon as your payment is processed.
Shipping
I accidentally indicated the wrong shipping address. How do I change my shipping address?
You may email us at feedback@preciousthoughts.co to assist you in the change of your shipping Address.
Do note, it is important to send us an email immediately, before the order is sent for delivery.
When will I be entitled for FREE Shipping?
If you spend $80 and above, you are automatically entitled for free local Singapore Shipping.
I live outside of Singapore. How long will it be till I receive my order?
Depending on the shipping address, it may take anywhere between 7 days - 21 days.

Return & Refunds
I would like to return my Item or exchange it. Who do I contact?

How long would it take before I am refunded?
Upon confirmation of a refund, it would take anywhere between 14-21 days before the amount is refunded back into your account.
I made an order and it went through. I would like to now cancel my order.
You may contact us via feedback@preciousthoughts.co. Cancelled orders will be refunded in credit. Full Refunds are done on a case by case basis.
Account
I would like to create an account online for future purposes. Am I required to purchase membership?
No you do not have to purchase a membership to create an ordinary account.
However, only members who purchased the membership are entitled to special benefits.
Do I have to create an account to complete my order?
No you do not have to. You may checkout as a guest.
Vouchers
On which date will I receive my 15% Birthday e-voucher?
You will receive your birthday e-voucher on the first of your birthday month at 7am via E-mail and SMS.
I just signed up for membership and I have received two 15% Vouchers. What can I use them for?
One 15% voucher may be used for Precious Moments figurines only while the other may be used for both Precious Moments figurines and any Precious Moments Licensed products.
